Actually, bharatmatrimony "used" to be a useful marriage portal. Now, it is the most "abusive" site, and you know why? The way he has condoned "anyone and everyone" to send interests and responses, has prompted horrible "virtual rape" on this marriage portal, for many a women.
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe this guy Janakiraman is so "stupid". Because of the way things are set up now, a 60 year old divorced lecherous father of 2 is sending out responses to 25 year old never-married girls on this portal. It is blasphemous, scary and beyond comprehension why this won't occur to him that "a person's filter settings ought to be respected", and no one beyond that should be allowed to contact!
When questioned, the customer-support people (that are equally dense in the head like Janakiraman), suggest that to block such "unwarranted people" from viewing our profiles, we should continue paying membership fee, until we decide to take down our profiles. Outside that, they will let anybody to contact (and guess what? these lecherous men get to send reminders to us to respond, should we choose to ignore their responses the first time).
Making money is very easy, but the methods have to have a moral code of conduct. This guy wants to make money by forcing us to pay membership, just to block profiles, and not necessarily for times that there are good profiles to contact.
He is encouraging really filthy men to have a field day with women on his web-site. Way to GO!
And you call this guy a genius?? I call him SCUM!
I really hope that for the torture that some of us women had to face on his portal, he pays! Maybe the best lesson for him would be if some very old filthy man accosts some woman in his family - maybe his sister, or even his wife!
That's the only way he will perhaps learn.
Poorest of services are being provided by the so called RM's of your organisation. They seem to be absolutely clueless about things. If earning money by making fool of people is the aim, then there are better ways to do it. Once the payment is made, they even avoid taking calls.

While these services are highly commendable, kindly extend such services to the economically and socially underprevileged people also of this impoverished country (by corruption, nepotism, exploitation by the previleged, etc.), India, by providing them at nominal charges or free, based on the income of the people availing such services or on a prorata basis of the information provided.
For example, in the case of matrimonial services to be extended to the under previleged, you can seek more specific and clear information about the vocational / social / economic and / or educational status of the candidates, their parents and siblings; such information, if not desired or specifically requested, may be masked out from the profile of the candidate.
Providing a seperate and specific site appropriately for such class or section of people just for the purpose of registration, you could restrict others from availing that previlege to a great extent; but their profiles could be shown / made accessible thru the other main stream sites suitably based on religion, caste, location, vocation etc. as probably indicated in the partner preferences.
Kindly appreciate, for education, health care, skill acquiring / development / upgrading, marriage, housing and old age income, the under previleged of the country do not have appropriate information, easy access, etc, and they end up going without them or foolishly paying a high premium for availing them from the unscrupulous people exploiting such sections of the society; there is a very big population of the under previleged in the country (like house maids, ayahs, home nurses, cleaning staff, head load workers, cart pullers, drivers, school teachers, mechanics, electricians and technicians, newspaper and milk distributors,tillers, farm workers, farmers, etc. working in unorganised sector or on their own or freelancing) who deserve such information and services. Hence kindly do some thing for them.
I am sure your organisations with probably already amortised informational infrastructure could extend such services without losing money.
